Happy Tuesday BA's! Well they just closed schools here on Thursday in preparation for TS Nicole. Winds in our area expected to be in the 45-60 mph with gusts to 75. Need to get more ice for the beer for when the power goes out. Celebration fresh Hop as I batten down outdoor items that could be flyers....

 

While others drink Pliny I decide to open another offering from Russian River, namely Robert.





A little bit too light and lacking in both yeastiness and sourness.

 

Enjoying this excellent spelt lager from Brasserie Du Bas Canada. Alunissage.

Sipping some La Fin Du Monde. My first beer brewed had been progressing nicely, aside from some heavy Diacetyl presence, but that can be remedied.
