Currently its a nice afternoon out, but storms are going to be rolling in soon. So getting my courtyard, beer, and book time in while I can. Starting a new book from one of my favorite writers, Yalo by Elias Khoury. He is from Lebanon.

I put up Christmas lights outside. My goal was to not suffer an injury, which I always seem to do. I don't know how this works. I never get injured while moshing while intoxicated in brutal heavy metal mosh pits, but I always get injured putting up Christmas lights sober. This time I fell off a ladder onto cement. Like @GrumpyGas, I am enjoying this comforting warmth. This year's edition of this beer is incredible! @cbcrunch, my parents met at South Dakota State University. Go Jackrabbits!

That is an outstanding picture! I assume your neck hurts today. I still have bruises from that concert in Wisconsin four weeks ago. Cannibal Corpse and Dark Funeral are my two favorite active bands. Both bands may have their best-ever lineup right now. I hope to see them both again soon!
