    Well, I got burned again because of the stupid enclosed packaging with no dating on said packaging. Looking at the reviews, it doesn't look like it was that impressive when fresh.

    I'm enjoying this beer sent to me by @NorsemanOne while watching some Premier League. Very unique Pils, with noble hops but also an interesting sweetness, which I can't quite place. Drinks nicely this morning.

    I don't expect our American friends here to know much about Jugoplastika (I guess the same goes for our European friends, as most Europeans here come from countries that are not exactly basketball-crazy) but this is a team that used to rule in the late 80s and early 90s. Maybe @Jack_14 is old enough to remember them from back in the day?

    Cigar City El Catador Club ‘Hecate’ - BBA Imperial stout with maple & vanilla. 15.5% ABV. 23 IBUs. Bottle #725. Cheeeeers!

    Hecate brings aromas of figgy sweetness and tastes of a decadent maple fudge brownie. These flavors are layered with notes of wood spice and rounded vanilla sweetness.
    Boy howdy that ABV is a punch in the mouth!
