Great viscosity on the pour. Big maple and vanilla notes on the nose; undertones of dark fruit and chocolate with time in the glass. The palate features more base stout and barrel; mildly dry, with maple, charred oak and hints of vanilla and red wine.

Beautiful weather this weekend! The wife was feeling better and as a cast member we were able to ride the Tron coaster yesterday!




It was pretty cool and fast!
Today was supposed to be a beach day, but yesterday was a bit much for the wife. So, it's a lazy day....time for a beer!
