    I think I ran across a few sane BA guys. Just a few mind you.

    I never did much running so cannot relate to the running high but I got a lot of feel good from weight training. Started when I was 16 (1968-yikes!) and still doing it today. So I must get some sort of satisfaction from it. When I could not train for five years in my early forties (MS bad years) I was depressed. Not sure if it was from the MS or the fact I was not able to weight train.

    Done Mike? Get another beer.

    I used to bench quite a bit, Mike. At this point, I would rather focus my efforts on cardio than lift weights. I always felt glorious after doing both. Nothing like a good workout!

    5 things I have in common with @tekstr1der
    1) success with ladies (a given)
    2) garbage plates from the original Nic Tahoe’s
    3) usually have some sort of High Life product handy

    4) hobbies include engineering , firewood, NH high mountain fauna, Tarot cards, fight club, stamp collecting
    5) Motörhead


    oh, we both have tennis courts 0.1 miles from home… I live by the village park, @tekstr1der neighbor is Jeff Bezos…. And yeah free Washington Post for everyone in the Cul De Sac!
