Sweetwater Triple Tail Tropical IPA, major f up picking this up last Friday ( already had it & wasn't super wowed ). if only there was some website I could've checked. I am claiming new packaging threw me off. Could be full of it.

In a random, surprising, and honestly quite lucky twist I found some Spencer Trappist Ale on shelves at Total Beverage Thornton, and I couldn't resist

I mean it's not an impulse buy if you might never have a chance to try it again right?

Something local to close out the night

 

Hey, LNBA! At The Brass Tap in Cedar Falls with a pour of Back Off Man, I'm A Scientist! a Belgian-style IPA from Nerdspeak Brewery, Bettendorf, IA. This was served ice cold from the tap and I didn't have time to wait for it to warm up, so I didn't pick up as much complexity as I was looking for. In spite of that, still a pretty good brew. Great pairing with fried pretzel bites and queso dip, but then again what wouldn't be? Santé!

 

Squeaking a beer in here at the last hour of VB 3832. Blasted out a few hours of drums tonight and 2 taps were down at the bar so I had to settle for Summit EPA. HA!!!!! It was great and poured well for the cute bartender. Home now and digging a Triumphant and a good ol' Fernson. Rock on! Cheers BAs!!
