Good evening, all! My deejo arrived today, and I couldn't wait to try it out. It's a customizable pocketknife offering a choice of sizes, handle materials, finishes, and blade tattoos. This is the 37g model, with titanium blade, blue beechwood handle, and Celtic tattoo. I grilled a t-bone last night, so today I sliced up the leftovers for some steak tacos. The knife performed flawlessly. Paired the tacos with this Goldfinger Dortmunder Lager, courtesy of @FBarber. Cheers!
