What beer are you drinking now? #4014

Oh yeah, that is the swing part, also some "walking bass" even though that is obviously not a bass, but could easily hear some as part of a walking bass line.

 

Tripping Animals Brewing with Parish Brewing Animals in the Machine DDH Double Hazy IPA - fruity, tasty, slightly boozy.

 

I may do a studio version of that tune since I like it. It would be a bit different of course. I don't do covers very often, but this is my version of Kenny Burrell's Midnight Blue because I always loved that tune.

Wolfe’s Neck is one of my favorite MBC brews. I am surprised though that you do not have good access to MBC stuff.

 

I'm surprised as well. But at least it's always fresh.

 

I like it as posted, but I’d be interested in a mix with a warmer sound. Less ghostly and more happy tube ampy

Well that's a total possibility - those live recordings are basically fairly low tech. That's why I don't do many anymore. You can't really do a lot of mixing and mastering with those tracks since it's really just a stereo mix and not separate tracks.

 

Fall is good - I have one in my fridge, maybe tomorrow. Mean Old Tom stout is another good one.
