    Happy Monday BAs! Just got back from a pleasant walk at a nearby conservation area, and now I'm enjoying a Sabotage hefeweizen from Cameron's Brewing in Oakville, Ontario. I love the label art, and the beer itself is a decent stab at the authentic German article.

    Bonus pic from the conservation area. Can't see much of that beautiful foliage here, but you can make out the remnants of an old watermill from the 1800s in the ravine below. Cheers!

    A'ight.

    Following up with the (hazy, at least) highlight of our ORB visit this past weekend....

    Wheelie Nelson DIPA. 8.1% of Nelson (duh), Galaxy, and Citra. My 3 favorite modern hops.

    As dank, grassy, and fresh-cut leaf as "Wheelie" himself. So it certainly lives up to its name.

    Homemade Buffalo sauce; pickle-brined chicken thighs; double-fried, including spiced panko with hickory-smoked Caribbean Hot dried peppers; pickled white onions and dill pickles; ranch dressing and spicy mayo; garlic butter toasted buns; topped with melted mozz; yeah, there's a lot going on here. :grinning:

    Drekker Ice Ice Prrrty Pineapple Orange Slush Style Sour, 7.2% ABV. Pours somewhat thick opaque orange with no head or lacing. Aroma is pineapple and orange. Taste follows, slightly sweet, moderately tart. OK mouthfeel, overall very good.
