What beer are you drinking now? #4026

That's exactly what I did. Cooked them seperate, then added the meat to the skillet for about 3- 5 mins. They turned out okay. I need to use less lime juice and use mesquite wood chips, which will add some extra flavor.

Do you add the lime juice while they're cooking or just drizzle it over the end product? I generally don't add it until they're ready for serving, it just adds that extra brightness.

Overall, a very enjoyable Pils that will be making regular appearances in my wbaydn

Forgot to mention it in NBW, but I enjoyed it on the porch, in my favorite way. 35F/2C, gusty wind, bright sun warming my face - sitting warm in synth down pullover and trousers. Welcome winter, I've been waiting for you.

Hop Butcher For The World Orange Fly DIPA hopped with Citra & Waimea hops. This is a great beer I was really happy to find in FL. I rated it a 4.16, it's about 60 days in the can so some expected sediment exists, we all know how to deal with that.

 

It was a great environment. Minnesota Vikings versus Green Bay Packers games are always enjoyable.

Eeeeh - was gonna take a day off, but then I remembered. Willie Nelson never took a day off.
Neither does this gnome - not my favorite shape for glassware, but since it was a gift from the wife and I'm partial to gnome, let's go!

ORB's Wheelie Nelson DIPA, once again. This stuff is solid even if it generates very little foam.

Another (?) one and done. Had a day off from running but got twitchy, trudged through Planet Hoth snow to the gym and did about 45 minutes of heavy lifting with some box jumps and stuff. Gotta battle sarcopenia in this off-season.
