We don't get many perfect fall days like this around here. After a long walk with the pupper, it is time for a great local fall lager, with True Anomaly's Redstone Vienna Lager. Appropriately, George Winston's Autumn is spinning as well

This is Philly's latest and hottest brewery.

 

My dad taught me that wasting beer was a sin but I admit I have had three or four over the years that I fed to the drain. Or in my case, fed the worms in the soil around the azalea bushes. Worms love beer. Even shitty beer.

 

I have not seen that beer in my neck of the woods. Definitely going to look for it.

 

Back home safely (after a minor street race skirmish) with a Real Ale Brewing Fresh Kicks IPA.

 

I think hard before I drain beer. Don't do it often but if necessary it will be drained. Some beer is so bad that it can ruin a meal if cooked with it. I've done that mistake before.

 

Celebration IPA - my dinner beer since dinner will be ready in about 7 minutes.
