    I'm still working on getting good at this tip but several SF guys told me their routine is get up, pee, make the bed and pound a big glass or 2 of water/p-ade/tea to start the day hydrated, especially after tipping a few the night before....cheers!!

    Hey, that's great news, Tim! Did you sign up to do the 60k? 100 mile challenge? Either way... that is fantastic, hope to meet up there either before at the expo or after the race (like in the dark for me) as the dust settles around us...

    Probably just a habit but I drink a giant glass of water every morning while I swallow a million pills. Ok, not a million but a lot. Anyway, I think it helps rehydrate me after my night of too much booze.

    If an employee was fucking up in a really regular pattern some intervention makes sense. It might require a sit down, the third degree, a chew of tobacco. and a big tumbler of Bourbon. That is a harsh drug test!
