Toxic Sludge, by the Blue Point brewery. Great stuff. Not for beginners.

All IPA night for me. First, a Big Sky IPA, then my last can of Sea Hag, now...a Pako's IPA. Fancy that!

Spectacular. So complex as it starts to warm. Lemony, lactic, the slightest hint of funk without being overpowering. The only way I can think of to describe it is a sour beer with a peach skin fuzz over it that keeps it from being too sharp.

My first blend. Very smooth. I poured this glass and let my wife give it a taste. Needless to say, I had to pour a separate glass for myself.

Look for a Chimay gift pack, also a great way to try the Red, White and Blue.
