I love that place!! I used to go there whenever I was in Rochester. Great German food and really enjoyed their beers!

 

God I dream of this beer! Had it at the brewery and couldn’t stop drinking it!

This is how I like my pizza. Thin crust and lightly charred. Shiitake, Bella, Narragansett Smoked Mozzarella, Passata, oregano, porcini/truffle dust, sea salt.
Passata, oregano, fresh Mozz, sea salt, fresh basil.
I've worked on wood fired ovens but these small portable gas ovens come as close as I've ever seen.
