Go on to CCB's website (www.cigarcitybrewing.com) & click on the "What's On Tap/Visit Now" (bottom right of the screen) - the list that appears will be the tap list, the asterisked entries are the growlerable offerings I believe, although that's not explicitly stated on that page as near as I can see. This page is kept relatively up-to-date, although it is certainly not instantly updated.

My understanding re: your growlers is that they are not allowed to fill 1/2 gallon growlers per FL law. Only quart & gallon growlers are permissible, in a stroke of true genius crafting of alcohol-related law. Whether they would fill quart or gallon growlers that weren't theirs I don't know.

No problem. On their old tap list page, there was a note saying that the asterisked entries denoted growlerable options. I don't see that note on their "new-and-improved" page, but looking at the beers that are marked & knowing what they generally are willing to growler, I think it's a safe bet. It's been awhile since I bought a growler from them, but IIRC their glassware is pretty reasonably priced, and they're nice swing-tops in the quart size.

    Cheers!

    Here is the weird answer.

Florida has a law that you cannot sell beer in a container more than 32 oz or less than 128 oz. so, no. They will not fill a 64oz growler. They will fill a 32oz or a gallon though. They also sell the 32oz growler for $4 and the 128oz for $7.

They will definitely fill growlers from other breweries. They'll just slap a CCB sticker on it.

and they now have the growler station bar where the old bar was located, and the new bar, where they don't pour growlers. When I was there last week they had about 10 to 15 options in the growler bar...

It is the weird answer, but the correct one.

Has it always been like that? Or only since the chalkboard disappeared?
