    Traffic was brutal…stop and go on I-95 and I-26 through most of South Carolina…No evidence of accidents, just too many vehicles for an antiquated 4 lane Interstate system…

    At my 2nd most favorite brewery in SC, Savage Ale Works. Outstanding beers, a great taproom/outdoor and rooftop seating/stage for live music, and killer graphics. Drinking a “dank” west coast IPA that actually smells like weed (i.e., dank) - “Dank Heist - Charlie”:

    Phaedra, a Pale Ale from English brewery Pomona Island (5.3%).

    This makes for a pretty nice Pale Ale with a good mix of fruity and herbal, dank and resinous hops. Quite heavy on the citrus notes feeling rather zesty and tangy, with some accents of dank weed and resinous pine.

    Sounds like Spring Break traffic. Don't want to be anywhere near an interstate here in the Atlanta area from today through Sunday. Yikes.

    The head has dwindled. Slow drinking. A decent hazy type IPA. Has more of the tropical fruit tones as opposed to the nutty protein of some hazies.

    Nice piece Larry, and Da Boss and i enjoyed the Mark Knopfler tune as well, he has such a calming voice and of course the classic twang from his Fender. Do you have a YouTube channel for all your compositions?
    Onto round 2 and enjoying my last Skillet Donut Stout from Burial, this is on my annual pickup list. Pairing this with some Radon testing.
