I tried this American Strong Ale at the brewery yesterday and just reviewed it on the NBW thread. While is seems gimmicky, Anglesea Aleworks pulls this off. The butterscotch and caramel are more than offset by earthy bitterness. While I wouldn't drink it every day, this is a pretty good Strong Ale. Cheers!

Definitely some oxidation, but overall still very enjoyable. I find the FW straight stouts hold up the best, while the BWs and blends are not as predictable. Cheers!
