Cracking open the growler that I got at the brewery - Dank Heist - Charlie, a WCIPA from Savage Craft Ales, Columbia SC:



Dank marijuanna nose. Pithy pine and bitter grapefruit. Smells and tastes great. A little carbonation loss after 4 days of refrigeration, but I’m loving it - Cheers y’all!

A little bit on the sweet side, reminds me of a really good Cream Ale, but nonetheless a highly quaffable brew.
It's got a fantastic aroma.
Should pair well with General Tso's chicken, Xtra hot & spicy of course.

Back in the bias ply tire era I had a beautiful ‘69 327 Chevy Impala. It was around this time of year that I took my snows off and put back on my Mickey Thompson r/t s. We got a freak blizzard the next day while I was in school and when we got dismissed I managed a couple of 360s and pin-balled off a couple of trees ending up wrapped around an oak tree. No damage to me because cars were built like tanks back then but the car was a scrap heap. Every time I hear someone say they took their snow tires off I get a little chill down my spine. Cheers.

My guess is this beer does not need an introduction. I am still a fan despite all the local IPAs to which I have access.

 

A rare Tuesday evening appearance for me here! My wife and youngest daughter are in NYC for the Oliva Rodrigo concert at MSG, so I’m sneaking a few in whilst home alone! Shoutout to @MadMadMike for kicking it off!

 

Back home now with the tried and true Pilsner Urquell.

Holy buckets! Well, I wanted to throw the summer tires on a few weeks back and didn't Good thing! But now our weather forecast is mellow so I feel safe. Plus it's a AWD/4WD SUV. I did see quite a few spin-outs last week!

My favorite Maine Beer Company IPA! I have not seen it in Richmond in several weeks (at least in the three stores I go to that carry MBC brews).
