    Roaring Table 10 Plato Czech Pale Lager. A four pack of this would go down easily in warm weather. Saltine cracker, grass, minerality, slight pepper. A simple, crushable lager. These guys do lagers and ales masterfully. Very underrated in Chicagoland.

    ...can't say this Tom Waits' video was filmed in West Berlin, but I did see him during his 'Big Time' tour in Berlin...fantastic show and so glad to have seen this iconic performer live...
