Out back under the fan in the feels like 93 degree heat. Infinite Into The Haze IPA is making things much better.

I found these buried in the WAAAAY back of the beer fridge, and even 4 months beyond the BBD of February 2024, this is drinking REALLY well - but I am a HUUUUGE fan of Sam Octoberfest and have been for a decade+. Absolutely love it.

Hop Butcher Kiwi Coast WCIPA (Nectaron, Pacific Sunrise, Nelson). Southern Hemisphere funk layered over passionfruit, yellow grapefruit, lemon, yellow peach, white grape, white pear, tangerine, lychee, and resinous pine. Dry, crisp, and pleasantly bitter. This one shows off the unique characteristics of New Zealand hops extremely well. A new school west coast IPA that I really enjoy.

Celebrating a strenuous and warm hike at Rabbit Mountain today. Saw my first rabbit. It was named rattlesnake mountain in the past, haha.

Just added this to the BA database: 4 Noses x Cerebral Collab - Deep End. Really tasty, nice hop notes and kick along with some pineapple tang without so much sweetness. Leans more west coast than NE haze to me.

 

One of my favorite beers. I'm jealous.

Trolls Trolls Trolls, a barrel-aged stout brewed with vanilla beans from Three Floyds. Hadn’t had this one before - it’s awesome.

 

#2, at the Blue Lantern with Mrs O, this is for my FIL, who used to LOVE to come here with us and my MIL. RIP, Mom and Dad.
