    I didn't mean to discourage others from trying it! It's not a bad beer, I just prefer regular Blanche de Chambly; the apple didn't do much for me. Unibroue beers are almost always worth trying. Cheers!

    Goose Island BCBS '22 (Heaven Hill). Dark chocolate, molasses, boxed raisin, bourbon spirit, charred oak to name a few. Has aged well, yet still delivers big flavors and barrel character. Love this variant. Wish they did single barrel 4 packs every year!
