You don't want to work for them. They'll having you telling customers their beers are on par w/ Other Half and Tree House.

Second of four in a row short work week/long summertime weekends for me. I’ll drink to that! Green Moss from Hop Butcher, with Citra & Simcoe. Cheers, BAs!

Exactly why they need a hatchet man to come in LOL. They had something special coming together about 4 years ago, then I assume the numbers game took over. If they start upcharging in the Other Half realm, I will forever avoid. At their current price point, I'll still grab occasionally so we can commiserate about their wayward brewing model

Their head of sales told me in October 2022 they had no business plan to change their price point on single IPAs & DIPAs moving into the new year. Based on what I know from people back east, that has held true. He shared that w/ me right before I accepted my brewery job and moved to California.

As far as special... I really liked Bonfire the first time it dropped. Goggles was nice. Not a lot of nuance, however. You'd be hard-pressed to blind-fold yourself and pick out all the beers if I lined 5 up next to you. And I'd let you pick them. Much love!!!

Couldn't agree more. The singles are just redundant, whereas the doubles are better, but nothing like that of the past. They peaked back then. Extrapolating things out from there, they could have been GREAT now, but nope.

Ladd & Lass Trampled By Koalas pale ale. A lovely quaff on this, the longest day of the year, which also turned out to be a beautiful day here in Seattle.

Still hot as hell, so still drinking Satan’s piss yellow beer Cigar City Jai Alai.

Had about 300’ of drainage pipe installed out back on the flat and the hill. There was a big pipe that actually turned out to be an actual spring well. Crystal clear water. He got it patched and piped, so now the flooding is gone and I think we’ll actually be able to use it for the garden. The boggy area stinks and will take a few days to dry out, but fingers crossed we’ll have some better times back there going forward.

    Spearhead NEIPA outside Kingston.
Looks, smells, and tastes like a WCIPA. Super grassy, piney, bitter… how does one politely ask if they’ve been served the right drink? It’s great, whatever it is

Not that I regularly drink yellow beer, but the OH prices even as a local are outrageous. $20+ for everything 4x16oz. Their incessant lineup changes make it near impossible to even know what to try.
