This next race marks halfway through the Mountain Running circuit season, and I get a 7 week reprieve for training prior to Fall races.

New beer (just added it to the site) from a mixed 12 pack. Nice enough, although I'm a bit jealous of @FatBoyGotSwagger 's dog, he seems to get to sample some pretty good beers.



The guy who's painting my house is replacing some rotted wood while he's at it.

The bottling date evaded me so I checked the Got Fresh Beer app. Bottled October 3rd 2023. Still tasting good.
