    1) Arbeiter HAHA Pils (5.0%): A German Pilsner from Minnesota with flavors of pale malts, lemon citrus, bread notes. Bitter.
    versus
    2) Steel Toe Split - Point (5.5%): A German Pils from Minnesota with flavors of pale malts, yeast, soft bread notes. (Mismatched the two beers blind)

    Winner: Arbeiter HAHA Pils
German Pils Battle. First is Arbeiter. Have been impressed by this one. Strong flavors and a robust bitterness off the end. Drinks excellent.
Next is Steel Toe. Also impressive. Similar, but slightly softer and less bitter.
Picking Arbeiter here because of the nice bitterness profile. Excellent German Pils

That is an impressive beer, sir! Never tried it, but surely as a Geuze addict, I envy you.
May I ask: where did you get it from?

    1) Phase Three In Bloom In Bloom (7.8% canned 6/5/24): A DDH NEIPA from Chicago with Amarillo for flavors of lush orange, OJ, tangerine, tropical melon
    versus
    2) BlackStack More Than Just A Phase (8.3% no canning date): A NIPEA from Minnesota with Mosaic, New Zealand Nectaron & experimental HBC 1019 for flavors of juicy pineapple, mango, berries, grape with a smooth stonefruit and mango creamy finish. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Winner: BlackStack More Than Just A Phase
Phase Three vs. BlackStack IPA Battle. First is Phase Three In Bloom. Amarillo hops. Not my favorite hop out there, but shows it well. Lush orange notes with some tropical qualities as well. Dry in Phase Three fashion.
Next is More Than Just A Phase, a collab between BlackStack and Phase Three. Doesn't get much better than this. Typical Blackstack flavors. Pineapple, mango, and the Nectaron gives it some grape and stonefruit flavors as well. Drinks heavier and sweeter, but the flavors are right on here. Phase Three makes another great IPA with Amarillo, but I think the collab gets the win here for the flavors and probably a better hop combination. Interesting beer battle.

Of course mere moments later come's our resident side-by-side evaluator with a German Pils battle haha!

Well no battles for me here today... but more Pilsner indeed!

Another Mind Haze variant. Not sure about the name, though. Seems oxy-moronish to add the word "crusher" in a beer that is 9.5% abv. Peace...

I think one of the most interesting Grolsch brews from the past few years. The cardamom infusion makes it quite special. But not likeable for all.

    Nice indeed!
Found in a local bottle shop. Just yesterday.
Have a look at 3 Fonteinen website. NL is on of the (rare) places they ship (overland I assume) to. Also consider their newsletter when you are interested.
I order about once a year. Want to visit the place some day.
    Cheers!
