Lunch is hot roast beef sandwiches, think Kelly's on Revere Beach MA. The wife nailed these beef's! We once flew home to Orlando with 4 Kelly's beef sandwiches, the TSA guy in Manchester jokingly said, only 3 sandwiches are allowed in carry-on, he knew exactly what Kelly's is. Lawson's Sip of Sunshine for the perfect pair!

From my treasure chest of smoky things here's Schlenkerla Erle. Finally trying it for the 1st time. I've not had the cherry wood either but there's a lot of black cherry trees around my property and locally. I don't know much about alder as it isn't native to where I've ever lived but I do gather that it's perfect for smoking fish. Why not beer! Right?!
My wyfe was in a group meeting earlier online. From this meeting 2 guys are from Germany at the home office and though their English is quite good, they have a lovely heavy accent sorta like someone from Bombay would have speaking English. I tried to get her to have them say the word "squirrel". I guess I needed a laugh at the time. Ha! She wouldn't do it.
Wow. What a cap!
