    Wow! If I am doing some heavy duty drinking and by that I mean if I drink two or three beers TOO fast I have to give myself at least 3 hours before bed....

    Earlier is better, but I tend to draw the line at 11pm IF I have to wake up before 6:30am. Otherwise, all bets off.
