    Lol. Me too. Used to like the February release date, something to look forward to during the mid- winter doldrums. So, like you I bought a bunch of these to lay away. Having one every few weeks should stretch out the supply.

    My wife is making pulled pork for dinner (using a wonderful pork butt with a full fat cap), using her home-made Eastern Carolina barbecue sauce as a slow simmer once the pork is cooked. I'm making fries for a side; I was going to include a cucumber salad, but our mini cucumbers went bad in the last day, so it's just 'taters for a side. Ohhhhhh daaaaaaaarn. :wink:

    Oh, some Sunshine while prepping, naturally.

    Mango Tepache Wheat Ale from AleSmith Brewing in San Diego and a winter sunset (NOT in San Diego).

    Now for something completely different! Pours a slightly hazy yellowish with plenty of foam in the Affligem chalice. Aromas of cinnamon and something fruity. Sharp and sweet on the tongue with lots of spritz. Flavors of pineapple, though I"m not tasting mango. I wish they had skipped the cinnamon, but it's not a bad fruit and spice concoction.

    I was on a Cushwa run a couple of years ago when there was plenty of distro here, and everything I had by them was above average to great
