Bottled 7/7/20. Poured at 52°. No perceived falloff. Bourbon and chocolate. A great nightcap!

Chugging along the last week of work for the year. NBA Cup is going - nice and close at half. Just glad the courts go back to normal after this game ,

Opening with a CBS from Founders. Just over a year old and still amazing. Coffee still very present, barrel still strong. Can't really say the age has changed this one. Have 4 or 5 more downstairs that I'll let go for another year or 2 to see how it develops.
