I've been badgering her about it since the problem first cropped up in 2016 but she kept opting to get zapped. A trip to the ER in November finally changed her mind.

I offered to hook her up to the Firebird with jumper cables she turned that down too. No pleasing some people.

 

Input from the community needed...I stand at 998 beers rated/reviewed on BA and if all goes well, I'll hit 1,000 on New Years Eve. Here are my choices for beer number 1,000:
-Founders KBS Double Oaked
-Tree House Amedee (Belgian strong dark ale)
-Orval
-Stone Old Guardian (barleywine)
Which beer would you pick for a milestone beer? Thanks in advance!

First up tonight was Apocalypse Brew Works' Atomic Amber.

 

Hey fellow Beer Nerds! I've been busier than a one armed paper hanger with elderly parents and holiday stuff, but I managed to get some time today to try a 3oz pour of all 5 Cycle Rare Dos Weekday Set. Definitely worth the effort. Personal preference ranks a few higher than others, but all well made and enjoyable. Happy my local spot offered this option.



And now a guilty pleasure (along with beer) some wet and dry rub wings with a nice Czech Pils from More. Cheers!

Son-in-law bought a mixed 24 pack of Sweetwater and a 24 pack of mixed Sierra Nevada. I am doing my best to help reduce the stock.

Really good. Yesterday was my first time there and I brought several different 4 packs back with me. Enjoyed everything I have had from them.
