    16 ounce can packaged one month ago today.

    Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a bright golden body with lacing.

    Nose is a bit dank with some pine and slight citrus.

    Taste subdued piney herbal dankness finishing with medium bitterness.

    Good mouthfeel with near medium carbonation.

    Overall, an easy drinking Vermont Pale Ale; crushable, and wouldn't turn down another!

    look: 3.25 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 3.5

    Dark pour, black and opaque in the glass; no lasting head. Very faint dark malt hint on the nose; slight suggestion of dark, dried fruit. Subtle, evolving flavors; figs and tobacco juice; light hint of dark chocolate; boozy. Heavy and slick mouthfeel; chewy; moderately hot on the palate; sticky.

    I'm going to give this a chance to warm up a bit.

    New tasting temperature: 45.7 ℉ after 15 minutes. Ok, the look, smell and taste remain the same (3.25 3.25 4.0) but I do think the mouthfeel is better - warmer and fuller, not so brash and hot. My overall score (3.5) remains the same.

    Block 15 Vital Vibes WCIPA (Citra, Mosaic, Krush). Blueberry, raspberry, cannabis diesely dankness, ripe mango, some kiwi, candied grapefruit, tangerine, orange and grapefruit peel, and pine. Bright, crisp, and clean. Very nice stuff.

    Is it wrong that I'm more exited about my app than any other planned foods, including the entree itself (Mediterranean Salmon & Veggies) haha?

    I have time to toss back another Guinness before starting the pasta. I always cook the pasta separately so the soup doesn't get starchy and the pasta doesn't get soggy from hanging around in the soup. I just add it to the soup when I have a bowl.

    ...I'm basically a Turner Classic Movies or pro baseball / football kind of TV watcher...can't stand news, HGTV, just about anything mainstream television...music or silence, a good book, and being left to my own devices (e.g., cooking, home repair / cleanup, bicycling or walking / hiking, BA surfing / mod adventures), these are things that mean more to me than the 'idiot tube'...
