    Peach tree oysters from Peachtree Point.

    My shucking days are coming to a close. Managed to open only 7 of the ten. Baked the other three some more and managed to get one more to open.

    I have no problems with clams. Maybe the time has come if I want oysters I go to a restaurant for them.
