Finally had enough snow to use the snowblower for the 1st time this winter. Now enjoying my favorite of the Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier lineup, Dunkel. Cheers!

facts! I am lucky my boss works on the east coast so by 1pm I am in the clear. If he pings me I just say I am at lunch.

2nd Shift's Liquid Spiritual Delight.

 

Fair State A Dose Of Thunder (8.8%): A Baltic Porter from Minnesota with flavors of dark cocoa, bittersweet chocolate, dark and roasty. Clean.

Fair State, one of my favorite breweries in Minnesota. The Baltic Porter is always one of the most underrated dark ales in my opinion. Sort of similar to a Russian Imperial Stout, in that it is dark, roasty, bitter, and not overly sweet. This one is done to near perfection like usual from Fair State. I'd like to compare this to Old Raspy' sometime. Say what you will about BBA and American Imperial Stouts, but these dark Northern European styles (Baltic Porters and Russian Imperial Stouts) drink so much cleaner.

I gotta gets me some.

 

Happy Wednesday ba. Day off, but a bit more supervision than I’m use to. Finally able to get into it without much of a complaint. First go at this brewry for me-
Extra extra juicy bits, ddh dipa- citra, mosaic, el dorado- weldwerks. Decently concentrated hops upfront, with a juicy/plush feel and subtle tropical fruit notes. I get a lot of mango/peach. My only complaint would be it’s just a tad sweet at times on the finish. Decent stuff,

Double Sip while working on some spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.

 

SN has once again attained tip top world class quality with an every day beer. With every sip of this beer I'm thrown into a state of animation .. goo goo and breast feeding from the voluptuous melon of a beer goddess. Can beer actually do that? Fuckin' right it can. It just did it again! Rad Little Thing IPA. Very friendly. Cheers!
