    Lindeman's Raspberry Lambic - pleasantly tart and delicious.

    Ribs came out great. I think I liked the St. Louis cut the best - they're a bit more unctuous than the baby backs. The baby backs were good too so no complaints there. The jerk was nice and spicy.

    Thanks buddy! Yes, I really like this area because it's a pretty sleepy, rural community but I can be in the city in about 15 or 20 minutes if need be. Population according to the 2023 census was 9,436 people. Downside is that taxes are pretty high. Cheers!!!
