    Yes, they were the same price at the brewery. Amazon has plain versions of that glass, I may buy more there.

    Yep I have a pair of the Glencairns with glass covers to sit on top and enhance the aromatics.

    WOW!!!!! GREAT haul. i LOVE that humidor series glass. it is one of my favorite new glasses. that last picture though (7th sun/peg's/peg's growler company/funky buddha) is all wants. i hope you got some beer on that trip too!

    Had quite a bit of good stuff down there. Including 3 of the best beers I've ever had (all Peg's). My take-home beer haul wasn't quite as massive or eclectic as my Portland haul last New Year's, since it's mostly Cigar City, but I can't complain:
    Jai Alai (Cedar)
    Sugar Plum
    BB Big Sound (x2)
    Moat Water
    Marshal Zhukov
    Funky Buddha MBCP 12oz. bottle

    Did anyone else make it to an "end of the world party" with Left Hand on December 21st? I had a GREAT time, the beer was awesome, and (of course) the best part for me was receiving the "I Woke Up Dead Glass" that they poured the nitrogenated Wake Up Dead imperial stout in.

    Did the nitrogen make it taste less bad? A Fade to Black tulip that was completely covered with the label design would be nice though.

    Well, like I said, the glass was the best part. I thought the nitro version was actually quite good, though. Regardless, it was appropriate for the end of the world and made the evening a lot of fun ... despite being the least impressive beer of the evening.

    I think that is a new batch, so they may have changed some things since the last time I had it, and it is a sweet looking glass.

    I missed the event yesterday and was sort of bummed that I didn't get to pick up a glass...

    ...but one of my employees lives next to the brewery and decided to pick a little something up for me yesterday!
