Watching some NCAA basketball action. Some good games in these lower conferences. Weird seeing Gonzaga not be a powerhouse this year. Rooting for the Gaels tonight.

Seeing lots of big guns out on a Tuesday night. Starting (and probably finishing) with a MI, MI, MI from Old Nation. Really Really good. Nice fruity citrus flavor and a good amount of malt. Old Nation crushes the IPAs.

 

And a toid beer...

New Holland Triple Mash. This shiiiis too easy to pound. 18% drinks like 8%.

 

My understanding is I can wait until April 2026 to take the 2025 RMD but I will also have to take another by 12/31/26. Here is hoping the stock market recovers by then.

In Chicago for work, drinking a beer from a fantastic Chicago brewery. Very good stuff.

 

I updated it to 4.84. Should have started with it warm. Those who don't like pastry stouts probably wouldn't appreciate it.

 

Beer #2 is Beachwood Amalgamater WCIPA . CO 02/10. 4 hops with mosaic being prominent .
