    I had a similar (but not identical) experience with a girlfriend after she made homemade guacamole. I was not relieving myself, but it also involved relief. :wink:

    Drekker Step Right Up (6.2% no canning date): A West-Coast IPA from North Dakota with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, 586 and Anchovy for flavors of tart lemon, passionfruit, grapefruit, and yuzu.

    A "West-Coast" IPA from Drekker. First thing I noticed is this is an interesting hop combo as it's not really traditional west-coast hops. It's tart, fruity, and lemony with lots of passionfruit and yuzu flavor. The Anchovy hop is a terrible name for a hop and also had me on edge. It's tart, but not bitter at all.
    Overall , this isn't anything close West-Coast IPA. A terrible collab with Flatland Brewing Co. Seems like it's harder to do a proper WCIPA than a NEIPA these days. Drekker is usually top notch, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt this was them doing a Celluary clean out of hops, rather than truly make a West-Coast IPA. I wouldn't even ask what this is. Not something to repeat. But I'll still pick up the next Drekker release.

    If I were in charge of stuff I would make St. Patty's on a Friday every year. The Monday thing is weird, but I suppose we'll all celebrate today rather than tomorrow during work.
