    Nils Oscar Imperial Stout (Sweden) - 7%

    Didn't expect much, but WOW this stuff is tasty! September 2011 bottling. It has amazing bacony smoke and some rusty flavor (might be slightly oxidized) over the big roasted coffee notes. The profiles here remind me of fresh Plead the 5th on tap. Obviously never ever a bad thing.

    Got more of this stuff? I say gimme gimme gimme!

    It's definitely an unusual IPA. The Westmalle yeast blends with the hops to give it a distinct flavor. Kind of like a good Belgian tripel with a pineapple-like sweetness.

    Damn. I will be pickin one up tomorrow then, maybe BEFORE work if the store is open. I was looking for Sucks to see what all the hype is about, but they didn't have it.
