Nice 80 degrees and sunny in NCFL. SN Phantom Torpedo American IPA.

 

Dark Lager - Cheers!!

 

Funchal has two soccer teams , Nacional (the team that Ronaldo started his career in) and Maritimo. The later seems to have Coral as their sponsor. Consider me an immediate fan.

 

Hop Butcher Hydrofoam WCIPA (Citra, Motueka, Motueka Subzero Hop Kief). Orange marmalade, lime zest, floral, very slight pineapple, earthiness, and some pine resin from the hops balanced out by breadiness and slight caramel from the malt. I had high expectations for this one because I love Motueka hops and it didn't live up to them, but it's still a solid IPA. Clean and balanced.

 

Getting in my vitamins with this one. Options limited and need more of this anyway.

 

Back on the patio. Enjoying a Czechvar with a BB date of 11/16/25( pretty fresh). Temp is now 91 with nice strong breeze .

 

Impulse buy at my neighborhood grocery: a doppelbock from Croatia. Not bad at all!

Happy Tuesday ba. Knock out juice, ddh iipa, other half. Not the biggest fan of this juice ipa line from these guys.
Hop forward, with lots of citrus fruit notes w/ little depth. Ok, but nothing great,

Clever Girl. Last of the four pack. I was hoping to get some yesterday at Total Wine but they were out.

 

Fat Head's Hippy Sippy Imperial Stout, 9.3% ABV. Pours dark-black with nice three finger medium-brown Head that left a cup of foamy lacing. Aroma is roast malt and strong chocolate. Flavor is roast malt, light chocolate, and coffee, no sweetness, moderately bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.
