Lots of broth/stock left from the whole chicken today. Enough for dinner tonight and two pots of soup in the future . Will freeze the broth .

 

Tree House Snow, a wheat DIPA and it tastes fantastic! We're headed to Orlando to chill at Sea World this Thursday, a couple nights to hang in Orlando (lived there 1981-1994 less Army time). I know Yard House, Twin Peaks, BJ Brewhouse, O'le Red are on I-Drive, need to see what breweries are in the area.
