Well I was off line for a few weeks but my bro and some friends rented a Airbnb on Boston Harbor- a boat to be precise. The boat was huge. We wound up going to Union Oyster Bar - which we found out is the longest operating tavern/ Restaurant in the country. There was a chef there that gave us a tour. Guy was trained professionally in Switzerland. Really nice dude that was semi retired. Gave us the tour which was incredible. Wound up sitting in JFKs booth that he sat every Sunday to have dinner. Really cool and that building is like a museum. Oysters and clams were stellar as well

When in the mood for a well made WCIPA .. Elevated hits the points CO 04//22.Not sure if i need to go back inside (but will only down 13 ) for 2nd half of Knicks/Pacers .

 

Started raining skipped the Roccbox and went old school high oven temps. Bummer but cooking is alot about adjusting. Whether it's method or ingredients. Actually with the fermented dough stretched to a thin crust and peeled into a Roaring oven came out really nice. Half basil/mozz/Tom and the other portobello. Cheers!

Yeah man I wish you were there because it was like a history lesson. You would have loved it. That place has never closed! I asked him about "The Great Molasses Event" and he said they didn't even close then. Truly an amazing piece of history.

ISIL cross-post. I tried to outperform @Braunmeister_1943 at his own game. I did indeed heat the glass and burn my mouth. It was totally worth it! Prior to this, I was downtown on a beautiful day, and determined I should probably make an appearance at the local nudie bar. Before making that decision, I jumped on a FaceMeow call with my mentor, Don Mario, a cat who let's @TCgenny live with him. He correctly surmised that the money I would spend in 15 minutes at the nudie bar would be better spent at purchasing the largest amount of Popeyes fried chicken available. So I followed his counsel, and purchased a severe amount of fried chicken. I will fall asleep in front of this fire.
