Off Color Beer for Hot Dogs. It's a Kolsch with applewood dried malt. Light, a little fruity, but noticeably malty for a Kolsch. Not bad at all.

Yeah, I really liked that one from PureProject, floated on the floral-fruit margins as you note, but still punchy enough to be a true pale ale. Cheers!

Backwoods S'mores Golden Milk Stout......Light, very sweet, and kinda tastes like a s'more.

I got to 55 out of 120 stars on Super Mario Galaxy on the Super Mario 3D Allstars today. I’m going to beat it before Donkey Kong Bananza comes out. Re watching Monday Night RAW because I forgot it was on last night . Cheers everyone.

 

1) Phase Three Magnetic (8.0% canned 3/31/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nelson, Motueka, and Riwaka for flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, and white grape.
versus
2) Phase Three Muon Juice (.8.0% canned 6/2/2025): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Eclipse, Motueka, Krush for flavors of Zesty lime, orange blossom, and guava sorbet. (Mismatched the two blind)

Phase Three IPA Battle. First is Magnetic. Nelson, Motueka, Riwaka. Killer hop combo. Bright, floral, citrusy, and vinous.
Next is Muon Juice, a collab with Equilibrium. Similar lime from the Motueka, but Krush to give it a guava sorbet flavor. Nice collab here. Excellent.
Magnetic is one of the best Phase Three IPAs I've had to date.
Winner: Phase Three Magnetic

Another Groundwork IPA - this is worthy of a 2nd purchase! Even though it looks a bit hazy, it's not really a NEIPA imho. It doesn't have that juicy crap going on.
