@miwestcoaster I'm running dangerously low on Hamms. Down to my last 3 cans (except the cans I'm aging). My local is an un-airconditioned warehouse which treats beer unmercilessly this time of year. My normal retailer is 30 minutes away. First world problem, I know, but a problem nonetheless. Cheers!

That opening with BOC was the best part of the ?TV movie? I agree the book was excellent. I was in undergrad and I suggested to one of my roommates that he should read The Stand. So he did… he missed meals, classes, exams etc till he finished that massive novel several days later, lol.

Some late evening festing with Tucker Brewing Co Tucktoberfest Märzen as smoke some brisket. This one went off the rails early as it was a weird cut of meat and I wound up totally butchering it into smaller pieces. Barely fit on my grill. May end up with some serious KC style burnt ends.

The Märzen is nice TBC makes a good one.

 

Moved on to this one from Art History Brewing. Thought Norrie had a shot against Joker after the second set...perish that thought now. Cheers all.

 

My son and I are trying West Kill's Dutchie, a hazy IPA...with basil. Interesting.

It's hard to compare because New Haven and New York/North Jersey pizza are very different. New Haven has thinner crust and the char. But I've never had better sausage than in North Jersey.

 

That's no way to treat a beer like Hamm's!!!
