A Head Hunter IPA now as I work on my daily report:



I really like this beer! Cheers y’all!

 

1) Phase Three Perpetual Sounds (7.7% canned 12/8/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Mosaic and Amarillo for flavors of fruity blueberry tea, peachy grapefruit.
versus
2) Phase Three Breach (7.8% canned 12/14/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Galaxy, and Superdelic for flavors of peach, mango, orange peel, passionfruit. (Mismatched the two blind)

Phase Three IPA Battle. First is Perpetual Sounds. Nice Mosaic and Amarillo. Balance of grapefruit and berries.
Next is Breach with Superdelic for a bit more stonefruit and peach flavors.
I really like the Mosaic and Amarillo combo here.
Winner: Phase Three Perpetual Sounds

Not to get all ecumenical, but that's what I call the IPA Trinity.

 

New Trail's DIPAs have been money lately. Cold Creek is ok, but it's missing that extra gear

That's a great beer dude. I only had a sixer and enjoyed my last one on Monday. Hopefully, you loaded up

 

I had another TH pale ale in the fridge, then i saw something much more interesting. ‘a beer I don’t have often enough

1St Mag Freeze Warning cold ipa for supper prep.

 

It was the freshest I’ve ever bought at 5 days out (when bought). It’s always on the shelf and a great value but never that fresh at 02/03.

 

Hamms on the patio with some high cirrus clouds above .

 

Don't know if they actually bottle/ distribute Dinner. Only time I ever (rarely) see it is on tap. And sad to say...not that impressed (but I'll say the same about Pliny the Younger). Maine Beer in general just doesn't ring my bell. But in the interest of science I'm willing to give another try.
