I don't often quaff hazy IPAs, but when I do, Cashmere from Variant is a fine option.

 

The beers I’m drinking were canned 1/13/26. Fresh. Bright Citrus. The lighter abv beer I’ve been looking for to supplement my usual IPAs. Cheers!

 

Right around 6 weeks fresh. Still very drinkable, but it has changed a little. I think it needs to be drank by the first month.

 

Absolutely under the radar and I was never aware of when it was released (now I know), never experienced it this fresh in the past and really good. Still, can't figure out how our local hole-in- the-wall store got it before our big gorilla kingpin here in the Lehigh Valley. No complaints here!

 

Delicious. Probably the best use of amburana I’ve encountered.

Went down to Edina (pronounced EEE Dinah) for an early V Day dinner. It was great. Nice bottle of wine and a free extra dessert of beignets from a kitchen error to another table. The wine was Ovum Big Salt White Blend from Oregon. Excellent.
