Been my go-to IPA for a long time. Master Shredder brewed by Veil. Maybe I have had too many for too long but my first IPA tonight (Clever Girl brewed by Triple Crossing) may soon become my go-to IPA.

I think someone said it was tallboy Tuesday earlier? A Wormtown Be Cheeky Peach DIPA. It's really quite good.

...a long, slow rain has developed...good for the lawn, good for the garlic garden (counted 19 sprouts so far)...pork loin grillin', sautéed spinach with garlic keeping warm, beans keeping warm on the electric stove top...wood fire knockin' back the chill...adult beverages leveraging it all...

Outer Range Brewing Co. -- Keystone Alpen Pils
    Pilsner
    ABV: 4.8%; pouring temperature: 50.7 °F; canning info: n/a
    Source: local purchase
Auxiliary vice: James B. Beam Distilling Co. -- Little Book (damn good stuff)

My son and I are enjoying Fremont's Double Barrel Bourbon Barrel Aged Dark Star - 2025.

For those following along on the Wax or No Wax conversation this was a relatively easy opening.

#2, more beer fridge cleanup and another Chicago brewery. This is magnificent, IMHO. Goldfinger’s lager game is tippity top world class, again IMHO.

Balsamic glaze is pretty good too - it's like reduced balsamic vinegar when it gets a little more sweet, thick and sticky. It's good to drizzle over stuff like chicken and veggies. Cheers!

I have yet to come across that one. How prominent do you find the peach? Regardless, I am always down to try new to me brews from Wormtown!
    Cheers!

That's a really good beer - crisp and clean, my opinion of what a good Pils should be . Cheers!!

It's really well done. The peach is really balanced nicely with the hoppiness of the beer. To me, it tastes kinda like peach skin, it's definitely not an artificial taste. But they did a nice job with it and I've only seen it in the tallboys. I think you'd dig it :beer::beers::beers:
