    I'm drinking a 14.9oz nitro can of Sullivan's Black Marble stout.
    It's good. Yesterday wasn't a drinking day but I'll have a few tonight, just starting.

    I'm watching this one again.

    Next up is Dark Forest Ghost from Fantôme in Belgium. A saison that was bottled in 2016. The bottle exploded when I pulled out the cork. Now that I've cleaned the mess, I can taste the beer. Very funky!

    Their stuff seems to be very risky to age, but it sounds like you aren't displeased

    I had to turn the heat back on. (& will repeatedly, til at least Mothers Day)
    It was 60F when I went to bed Monday night, & woke up yesterday to 2-3" of snow. :smile:

    Alright, that Fantôme beer was too much. Unfortunately had to drain pour the rest of the bottle. Now drinking a fun one. Binkie Claws from Hair of the Dog and De Molen. This was a cool collaboration back in 2015 where they changed up the Doggie Claws barleywine recipe a bit. This is also much higher ABV at 13.4%. Notes over in the cellar thread. Cheers!

    I'm drinking a 12oz can of Central Waters 4 year Barley Wine, 2026
    I just pulled it of the basement floor, didn't chill it. This is very good and is better than 4 year 2025 vintage which i have a few can left of.

    I think their stuff is risky out of the gate. They are always hit or miss, as they are pretty wild with the brewing process. It makes it interesting, that's for sure!

    Had a few here & there. Was lucky enough to have a few near the source at La Roche? in the mid 2000s. They did a little light show that had a ghost move about the Castle ruins once dark. I'd love to go back to Ardennes. Stellar place to visit
