I agree with you - the original Narwhal is much better IMHO. I still have a few cans of the barrel aged Narwhal sitting around which for me speaks volumes. In contrast, all of my regular Narwhal is gone. I don't think I've ever been able to finish a whole can of the barrel aged version. Cheers!!

Getting into a North Coast Vienna Lager made in honor of the Gray Whale migration that passes by the lovely Mendocino Coast. Very impressed with the brew despite the age.
We stayed near the timeshare today and did a little hike above Bass Lake on a day that is supposed to hit 85 or so. Was not able to get a good shot. We are doing some packing for our very early departure tomorrow morning for Sacramento International as we have a 3.5 hour trek to catch an 11:30 flight.
