My last Trillium in the fridge, I guess it’s time to reload

I made something I’m calling Quahog creole for dinner tonight, tastes pretty darn good according to the other diner.

There is a story I am compelled to tell.
I just left @Nugganooch Malibu beach house not 5 minutes ago.
We had talked about poetry from the 13th century
Bonsai horticulture, the Rainbow Bar and Grill where Dane sat in with Lemmy playing guitar and pinball, other topics of the day.

Before @Nugganooch I learned he was just called
The Dragonslayer
Some knew him as Maestro from his time conducting the LA symphony and work with the later day Beach Boys.

He said to me: from this day forward
@TCgenny , you will be hence forth known as The Tide Walker
Objects will no longer remain obstacles in my way
I will ebb and flow with the tides,
I will not be ship wrecked
…. He said a lot of stuff

Last one and favorite from the Torpedo variety Pk is Rye Torpedo. Love the rye spice. Baked burritos for dinner tonight after i finish this . Lots of cheese rice onions ,salsa refried beans with a lb, of hamburger wrapped in XL flour tortillas.

 

That looks great . Life is a Beach.

Mortalis BA Balrog cuvee of Bacchus barleywine aged three years in Willett rye barrels and Ophion aged three years in Willett Family Estate bourbon barrels. Very nice. Dark cherries and wet wood and bourbon on the nose. Boozy taste, a balance of barleywine and stout complementing each other. Best not cold and with sufficient aeration time.
