Legally, you don’t have the right to post someone else’s kids online

In most places, parents or legal guardians control a child’s image rights.
Posting a photo of a minor without permission can violate:

-privacy laws
-the parents’ rights
-the forum’s terms of service

Even if the photo seems harmless, you’re still distributing an identifiable image of a child to strangers.

Forums like BeerAdvocate are 21+ are not kid‑oriented, that makes it extra inappropriate.
A parent could reasonably be upset that their child’s photo is being posted in an adult‑only space.

Check out this cool old Haus I've been looking at...10 acres...out in the middle of a peaceful nowhere...I want it! Incredible price, modern kitchen, bsmt looks like 1903...it needs an owner. I'm tempted to go look at it. And it's a shorter drive than going to my Lake Superior 10 acres. Hmmm. I do need this beer.

 

A beautiful day except about 30° cooler than last Tuesday. Finished my busy work and took a 3.8 mile walk. I'm now really enjoying this can of Tin Barn + Autodidact = My Beautiful Liar. Citra, Cryo Citra, Cryo Nectaron, and Mosaic hops. Super fruity juice. Cheers!

It’s warm on the beach . I’m sitting with a herd of tourists. It sets the environment when paired with some fresh grilled jerk chicken . Beach beer, nothing more. That’s a plane landing over Maho Beach , life is grand

 

Today, it's beautiful outside, and has gotten much warmer, out here in McGregor--and both cats Gracie and Sundae are very happy to help me check out the day's libations...each a second-time experience, as I finish up Spring Cleaning through my duplicate beers this week, and a celebration of fine Canadian breweries: First, with Sundae, from Montreal, Quebec's Bière St-Ambroise--it's their 6.2% IPA from their Serie Classique...

Larry, I agree with your legal assessment. Moreover, there is a lot of evil in this world. Strong discretion is necessary when children are involved.
