Another long day at work. Raising a Hamm’s for my fellow Advocates who are still toiling and those who have the blessing of retirement. Cheers.

 

Interesting. I never thought of blinding them. I go back and forth trying to spot differences, but I do that knowing which is which from the start, but I am not trying to pick a winner, because I have usually already reviewed them separately. I guess that I am trying to pick out differences.

Outstanding woodwork. You don’t find that craftsmanship in new builds any more. Ten acres sounds great.

 

It was awesome, as I expected. I don't know about aging. I don't think it is. The regular Chimay Blue is one of my top favourites. I plan to do a side by side of these soon.

 

This stuff is really nice.

Trying to not drink down my whole cellar stash of goodies, so finding myself with Satan’s yellow outpouring in my glass. Lagunitas Hop Stoopid. 102 IBUs seems deceptively not bitter. The Double Dog and BigFoot from earlier seem much more bitter, but now I have to look up their IBUs. I tell you, yellow beers are mostly lost on me.

 

Shrimp taco with chips and queso and a SN Dual Torpedo, hopefully they sell 6/12 packs of this beer.

 

I think he was getting pissed that I was ignoring him. He needs to lay off the weed or a while.
